• Attach high-quality photographs. If the claim is related to measurements, use accepted measuring tools such as a tape measure or caliper.
• In case of visible damage to the package, include images of the packaging before and after opening it, and make sure to note on the delivery slip that the package was received with visible damage.
• If you detect a defect, do not handle or install the parts in your final application until we have assessed the issue.
• Claims are only processed through this form. We do not attend to claims via email, phone, or social media.
• You have a maximum of 10 calendar days from the receipt of the order to submit your claim.

These conditions are mandatory in order for us to properly evaluate your case and provide you with an appropriate response.
