Before submitting your claim, it is essential that you follow these guidelines
• Provide clear, specific, and truthful information about the issue.
• Attach high-quality photographs. If the claim is related to measurements, use accepted measuring tools such as a tape measure or caliper.
• In case of visible damage to the package, include images of the packaging before and after opening it, and make sure to note on the delivery slip that the package was received with visible damage.
• If you detect a defect, do not handle or install the parts in your final application until we have assessed the issue.
• Claims are only processed through this form. We do not attend to claims via email, phone, or social media.
• You have 30 calendar days to report quality issues, 2 working days to claim the amount for an unfulfilled express delivery, and 24 hours to report damage or loss during transport. Claims submitted after these deadlines will not be accepted. Please describe the incident in detail to receive a response within a maximum of 3 working days.
