Paypal
PayPal is an online payment platform that allows users to pay securely using their PayPal accounts, credit cards, or debit cards (accepted by PayPal). It is known for its speed and security, as it is not necessary to share financial details directly with the seller. A partial or full refund for an order paid by this method can take up to 2 business days.
Accepted cards include PayPal (user account not required), Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, Diners Club, and EnRoute.
Payment processing time is immediate, instant.
Credit Card
This method allows customers to pay directly with their credit or debit cards. It is a fast and simple process, where card details are entered on a secure platform to complete the transaction, in our case through our partner, Stripe. A partial or full refund for an order paid by this method can take up to 2 business days.
Accepted cards include Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, Diners Club, China UnionPay (CUP), and EnRoute.
Payment processing time is immediate, instant.
Immediate Online Bank Transfer
This type of payment involves a bank transfer from the customer’s account to LaserBoost’s account. It is similar to a traditional bank transfer but is carried out online by entering the IBAN number in the payment gateway. The charge to your account can occur immediately or take up to 2 business days. A partial or full refund for an order paid by this method can take up to 5 business days.

Invoice for Businesses - Payment by Regular Bank Transfer
In this method, the customer downloads an invoice with the purchase details and LaserBoost’s bank information. The customer has 5 calendar days to make the regular bank transfer from their bank, according to the details provided on the invoice. This process may take a few days to complete, depending on the customer’s bank, typically 2 to 3 business days.
Once LaserBoost confirms receipt of the payment, the order will be released for production. The delay days between the creation of the Invoice for Businesses and the receipt of the payment will directly affect the delivery date accordingly. This new delivery date will be visible in the order confirmation email that the customer will receive after we have received the payment.
Payment Processing Time: Typically 2 to 3 business days, depending on the bank.
LaserBoost reserves the right to enable or disable the invoicing option for businesses according to our internal marketing strategies and availability.
Refunds and Return of Amounts
LaserBoost will refund the amounts using the same payment method employed by the customer. The refund process can take up to 5 business days from the confirmation until the amount is visible in the customer’s account.
SHIPPING
Logistic Companies
At LaserBoost, we work with various logistic operators. Our platform will only show you the one that can offer the best possible rate.
The selection of the logistic partner for each order is unique. Our system takes into account up to 5 parameters to designate the most suitable partner for your order. This selection cannot be modified.
Delivery Time
Cumplir con el plazo de entrega seleccionado por el cliente es un compromiso esencial para nosotros. Los plazos de entrega se establecen considerando el tiempo necesario para la producción, el destino y la carga de trabajo actual. Durante períodos de actividad regular, y tomando como referencia un pedido típico de 50 piezas cortadas a láser, ofrecemos opciones de entrega que varían entre 3 y 15 días laborables.
However, external factors beyond LaserBoost’s control may affect this delivery date, such as changes to the order by the customer, technical difficulties, logistical issues, among others.
